BizFlow was built to give small service businesses in Kenya, barbershops, salons, gyms, and spas, a single platform to manage bookings, queues, and daily operations, without needing separate tools stitched together.
The platform is multi-tenant, so each business runs its own space on shared infrastructure, with a PostgreSQL database modeled through Prisma. Payments run on Safaricom's Daraja API using STK Push, so customers can pay directly by M-Pesa. Sign-in is handled through Google Sign-In, and the frontend uses a dark-native, Linear/Revolut-inspired design system with an indigo-violet accent.
